The facility is very clean, the staff is incredibly nice and professional and take their duties very seriously. Patients are generally happy being here during their rehabilitation and the care provided is top-notch! Highly recommend it for any loved ones in need of skilled nursing in East County San Diego.

Really great facility. They have a great nursing team that assists their patients, and a new administrator who is always making himself available by being on the floor and checking in on families, and patients. The therapy gym is pretty large and has a great program. Has been extremely helpful in helping my loved one.
